The Dwight D. Eisenhower/Clifford Roberts Graduate Fellowships
- Alexander B. Downes, a PhD candidate at The University of Chicago, for completion of his dissertation entitled, "Drastic Measures: Why Civilians are Victimized in War."
- Anne-Marie Gardner, a PhD candidate at the Center for International Studies of Princeton University, for completion of her dissertation entitled, "Contested Legitimacy: The Internationalization of Self-Determination Claims."
- Lisa J. Sansoucy, a PhD candidate in the Department of Government at Cornell University, for completion of her dissertation entitled, "Japan Between Two Asias."
- Jeff Smith, a PhD Candidate at Washington University, for completion of his dissertation entitled, "Trading Places: American Political Parties in the Electorate and the Legislature in the 1990's."

- Commander Susan D. Fink, USN, a PhD candidate at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University, for completion of her dissertation entitled, "Traditions of International Thought and NATO's Intervention in the Kosovo Conflict."
- Margaret B. Sloane, a PhD Candidate at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University, for completion of her dissertation on the subject of Iraq's biological weapons program and counterproliferation efforts.
The Dwight D. Eisenhower/Conrad Hilton Scholarship at Gettysburg College
- Rebecca Lynn Miller, who majors in Latin American studies and Spanish, will spend a semester of her junior year studying at the Universidad Nacional de Cuyo in Mendoza, Argentina.

- Christine Schlauch, a senior at Perry High School in Perry, Ohio, has been awarded a four-year scholarship to the undergraduate school of her choice.
- Prince Williams, Jr., a senior at H.D. Woodson High School in Washington, D.C., has been awarded a four-year scholarship to the undergraduate school of his choice.
- Justina M. Ludvik, a senior at Perry High School in Perry, Ohio, has been awarded a four-year scholarship to the undergraduate school of her choice.
- Alicia R. Dupree, a senior at H.D. Woodson High School in Washington, D.C., has been awarded a four-year scholarship to the undergraduate school of her choice.
