Matthew Fay

f2017_Matthew_Fay_EIFF_prelim_headshot_forWebMatthew Fay ’18 is a Political Science major from Upper Saddle River, New Jersey. He is a member of the National Political Science Honor Society, Pi Sigma Alpha. During the summer of 2016 Matthew worked for UBS with the Compliance & Operational Risk Control team.

During winter break of his junior year, Matthew work as a research intern for the Manhattan Institute of Policy Research. While there, he researched both energy policy and education reform. During the summer of 2017, he returned to work at UBS as a Summer Analyst with their Wealth Management Americas Insurance & Annuities team.

In the fall of 2016, Matthew studied abroad in Florence, Italy where he studied the political system of Italy and numerous other European nations.

At Gettysburg, Matthew is a member of Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity. He became involved with the Eisenhower Institute in the spring of 2016 when he participated in the Inside Politics program with Kasey Pipes.

After graduation, Matthew plans on attending law school to study constitutional law. He hopes to pursue a career in government and politics.
